Use of Tax Help Authority’s text message-based services (the “Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

  1. SMS Consent Communication:
    Tax Help Authority will only initiate text conversations with customers who have inquired about our Services. The information 301-798-7838 obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  2. Types of SMS Communications: 
    If you have consented to receive text messages from Tax Help Authority , you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):

    • Appointment reminders

    • Follow-up messages

    • Billing inquiries 

    • Promotions or offers (if applicable)

      You can cancel the Service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 240-760-2202. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  3. Opt-In Method:
    You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Tax Help Authority in the following ways:

    • Verbally, during a conversation

    • By submitting an online form

    • By filling out a paper form

  4. Opt-Out Method:
